- Description
- This project is required to renovate Entrance Area, 2nd Floor Hallway, & Stairway of Headquarter Bldg 315, Yokota Air Base, Japan. Architectural work includes to replacing entrance, lobby ceiling, floor tile, tile pavement, interior signs, asbestos contained mastic abatement, carpet partition removal, and interior door & chair rail. Mechanical work includes replacing sprinkler head and piping, HVAC duct, and replacing slop sink and piping. Electrical work includes replacing lighting fixtures, outlets, telephone outlets, and smoke detectors. Site Orientation is scheduled for 6 Aug 03 at 1300 at Bldg 620, 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota Air Base. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
