- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation FQ500431920400 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses and NAICS code 423320 (SIC 5032) applies, which has a small business size standard of 500 employees. The requirement for the Rock Bollards consists of eight hundred (800) each Rocks, approximately 3' height by 3' width by 3' depth and either light brown, tan, or grey. Rocks must be uniform in appearance (no significant color variance) and delivered in a fashion that facilitates transportation by fork-lift. Rocks shall be free of large cracks and shall be packaged in a manner which avoids the potential for damage during shipment or unpacking. Contractors must be CCR registered and quotes must be priced FOB Destination to be considered for award. Please provide delivery time based on the most expeditious economically feasible mode of transport. The following provisions are incorporated by reference in this solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; 52.212-3 (ALT I) and (ALT III); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items (DEV); 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer - Central Contractor Registration; Upon request, offerors shall submit a completed electronic copy of the provision at 52.212-3 with its offer, along with alternates I and III. The contractor must, with it's offer, furnish the following information: TIN number, Cage Code, Duns number, and Vendor POC email and telephone number.
