The Air Force Services Agency (AFSVA) requests information on sources capable of hosting, through a service-level agreement (SLA), hardware, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and the communications /data delivery architecture support for the AFSVA?s shared service center (SSC). The SSC, physically housed at HQ AFSVA in San Antonio, Texas, is the centralized financial facility managing the Air Force?s Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) accounting, payroll, and time management processes. Respondents may be single entities or teams from any combination of any Federal Department/Agency or a commercial firm (both referred to as the Firm). 4. Scope. The scope of this RFI is to obtain information as to the feasibility of three prospective scenarios for outsourcing the hosting of ERP hardware, COTS software and the communications/data delivery architecture through a service-level agreement to determine a best value approach for migrating the AFSVA financial system to a single, shared service center environment while having the integrated applications hosted externally to the SSC. 5. RFI Scenarios. This information request is based on the accounting COTS application being externally hosted by the respondent or a third party contracted through the respondent. The hosting environment requires both a test and production environment for ensuring operating system, application, and database patching will not impact the production environment.
