- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and travel to perform semi-annual inspections and safety tests of elevators and dumbwaiters at VA Medical Center, 3001 Greenbay Road, North Chicago, IL in accordance with the Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide sufficient personnel to fully operate and inspect each elevator according to contract specifications. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government=92s discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2003. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and is a small business set-aside. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about July 23, 2003. Contract award is subject to availability of funds.
