- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to renovate the 3rd floor east of Bldg #1at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. Contractor should be qualified in hospital renovation to minimize the impact on the day-to-day operations of the hospital. The project includes asbestos and lead abatement, demolition, architectural, mechanical and electrical work, etc. All work shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications provided. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code is 23320. Completion time for this procurement is 240 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The tentative issue date is 7-7-03. The Bid opening date is 8-7-03. All requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing along with a non-refundable check in the amount of $75.00, make payable to the VA Medical Center-Agent Cashier. This project is for full and open competition but does include a 10% price evaluation for Small Disadvantage Businesses. There a limited number of packages available.
