- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to Relocate/Upgrade Surgical Suite, Building 200 at the James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Work involves general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. Performance period is 360 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Cost Range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS Code is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5 Million. Bid documents will be available on or about August 6, 2003. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held August 19, 2003 at 10:00 AM ET in the Conference Room, Building 204, Room L229, James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend. Bid opening is September 10, 2003 at 3:30 PM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, Mountain Home, TN. All requests for solicitation documents must be submitted in writing and must be accompanied by a $150 refundable deposit in the form of a money order, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to Department of Veterans Affairs.
