- This solicitation replaces the previous soliciation #246-03-00329. = =20 The Central Acquisition Service of VISN 6, Veteran=92s Healthcare Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs has an ongoing program to furnish Orthotic appliances and related services to eligible veterans located in the catchment area of the VISN 6 Medical Centers.=20 VISN 6 Medical Centers are located in Asheville, Durham, Fayetteville,and Salisbury, North Carolina: Hampton, Richmond and Salem, Virginia and Beckley, West Virginia. It is the VA=92s intent to solicit proposals and award multiple contracts. The contract(s) will contain a one-year base period and two one-year renewable option years. Anticipated award date is October 1, 2003. The solicitation will be made available n electronic form on the following URL:=20 http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. No telephone requests will be accepted but fax requests will be accepted. Fax to: 910-482-5226.
