- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 7 Contracting Activity, Augusta, GA intends to negotiate a sole source contract on behalf of the VAMC, Tuscaloosa, AL, with Druid City Hospital to provide Pre-Employment Services. These services shall include but may not be limited to a variety of screenings and physical testing. Any offeror purporting to be able to furnish these types of services and have full service facility currently located within a fifteen-mile radius of the Medical Center may submit a written response demonstrating such a capability, with supporting information, by 4:30PM EST, on August 22, 2003. Submission may be via fax to (478) 274-5587, mailed or sent overnight to the Contracting Officer, VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904-6285. Any offeror submitting capability information is encouraged to verify receipt of such on or before August 22, 2003.
