- The Simplified Acquisitions Department, Western Federal Lands Highway Division, Federal Highway Administration is issuing a Request For Quotation for a repair of a timber post bridge at Beryl Springs Bridge in Yellowstone National Park; the bridge consists of a timber superstructure supported on sawn timber multi-posts bents; this project will consist of removing existing deteriorated timber posts, constructing timber sills,and installing replacement posts; the project is located on the Grand Loop Road of Yellowstone National Park between Madison and Norris; this RFQ will be 100% set-a-side for small business in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR Part 13, simplified acquisitions; the estimated price range is >$25,000 <$50,000; eight photographs of the work site are available at www.wfl.fha.dot.gov/projects/berylsprings/index.htm; e-mail Patricia Mahurin, Simplified Acquisitions Contracting Officer for a quotation packet.
