- A hard copy of the complete solicitation package is available by calling Sherry Clark at 308-432-0300. Tepee Gulch Project consists of constructing 4 water bars and repairing 3 stream crossings. The stream crossings will be repaired by excavating material and placing concrete cable mats. Concrete cable mats will be furnished by the contractor. The specifications are included by reference only: Black Hills National Forest Special Project Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges. The specifications are available at: www.fs.fed.us/r2/blackhills/projects/contracting/engr_specs/roads.shtml Project location: Tepee Gulch (FSR 366) is located 27 miles from Rapid City, South Dakota on Hwy 16. From Rockerville, South Dakota drive 3.2 miles on Hwy 16 toward Hill City, South Dakota. Turn left on FSR 366 and drive approximately 1 mile, then turn right on FSR 366.2B. The project starts approximately .15 miles down FSR 366.2B.
