- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, Information Systems Services Division(DITCO-AQSS31) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Diversified Software for annual s/w maintenance of the DOCU/TEXT and JOBSCAN products. This s/w will support DISA operations for the period 01 Oct 2003 thru 30 Sep 2004. The statutory authority for contracting without providing for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
