- Description
- Lease 11 Canon IR3300 Digital Copiers For 12 months with the option to extend each year. These copiers are capable of the following specifications. 33 impressions per minute. 1,050 Sheet Paper Capacity, with 500 Sheet Finisher. Automatic two sided copying. Service for 110,000 copiers per month. All additional copies are billed $X.XXX each copy. These copiers will replace our aged IKON Copiers Canon 6050?s. $XXXX.XX per month for each of the 11 copiers for 12 months. Vendor to provide all preventive maintenance, and intervening service calls, Period of Performance 1 Oct 03-30 Sept 04. Agreement will include toner, drum preventive maintenance, FFP parts but will not include paper or staplers.
