- Description
- Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a purchase order for one Toyota Model 7FGU35-FSV, 8,000 pound, propane forklift truck and two Toyota Model 7FGCU25-FV, 5,000 pound, propane forklift trucks on a sole source basis. All three forklift trucks must be equipped with a System of Active Stability (SAS). The following clauses are also included: FAR 52-232-33 (Attachment "A") and Treasury Clause 1052.204-72 (Attachment "B"). No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Proposals will be accepted via fax at (317) 298-1344 attn: James Gorman. Proposals must be received by 3:00PM Indianapolis, Indiana time on July 30, 2003, in order to be considered timely.
