- This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, 0001) 7 EACH Nikon Lens - 14mm, f/2.8, D-AF Lens #NI1428DAFJ/1925 or equal 0002) 3 EACH Nikon Lens - 80-200/2.8 D-AF ED w/TRIPOD COLLAR/USA #NI8020028DAQ/1986 or equal. 0003) 3EACH Nikon Lens - 24-120mm f/3.5-5.6 D-AF IF LENS #NI2412035DAJ/1975 or equal 0004) 20 EACH General Brand 72mm Ultra Violet Protector filter/REG #GBUV72/72UVP or equal 0005) 10 EACH General Brand 77mm Ultra Violet Protector filter/REG #GBUV77/77UVP or equal 0006) 14 EACH LEXAR COMPACT FLASH TYPE I 32X-USB 1GB (REBA/REG #LECF32X1GBJ/CF1GB32380 or equal. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1SCV31550100. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423990, Size Standard 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 366 GUNFIGHTER AVE, STE 178, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52-211.6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
