- A-76 Tentative Decision - The NRCS in Michigan has completed a direct conversion with cost comparison study(streamlined) for clerical and administrative services in Michigan. As a result of this study, it has been determined that it is more economical for this function to remain in house. Appeals must be received in writing within 30 days after the publication date of this notice.
