- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) intends to procure Portable Hydraulic Test Stands qty (29) Part Number 1415AS100-1. The stands test aircraft hydraulic systems, components and refill aircraft hydraulic system reservoirs. This will be procured as a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) item. The Portable Hydraulic Test Stands must have the following characteristics: The test stand must deliver filtered hydraulic fluid at pressure up to 5000 PSI, a 5 gallon internal reservoir with a 3 micron filtration at high pressure and a 10 micron filtration at low pressure, an air driven reciprocating axial piston pump with output pressure variable 0 to 5000 PSI and a rate of flow 75 + or – 5 cubic inches at 4000 PSI with 90 + or – 10 PSI, a two stage hand pump single action type with a capacity rating of .19 cubic inch per stroke up to 50 PSI, and a relief valve is provided for both pumps and adjustable from 200 to 5000 PSI. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. This acquisition will be processed as a small business set-aside under NAICS 332912. Hard copy of solicitations and amendments will NOT be mailed to contractors. The Government will NOT accept electronic offers. The solicitation will appear on the NAVAIR homepage located at http://www.navair.navy.mil. Select “Business”, then “Doing Business With Us” and “Open Solicitations”. Look for amendments on the web page. Solicitation No. N68335-03-R-0108 will be issued approximately 15 July 2003 on the NAVAIR homepage.
