- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the upgrading of the electrical power infrastructure for twelve Army Reserve and Guard sites of the Joint Reserve Intelligence Connectivity Program (JRICP) located throughout the continental United States on a Sole Source based from Universal Power Systems, Inc. (UPSI). This is a follow-on to previously provided upgrades of Navy Reserve and Guard sites under N00178-02-C-1050 and will be performed based on the site surveys under N00178-03-M-2001. These items will be acquired under Temporary Emergency Procurement and the Homeland Security Authorities. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on 29 July 2003. The Award will be on a firm-fixed price basis and will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
