- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue solicitation N00024-03-R-5338 on a sole source basis to Raytheon Missile Systems, P.O. Box 11337 Tucson, AZ 85734-1337 to procure engineering and production test equipment services for SM-2 BLOCK IIIA by providing test verification of software configuration, Standard Missile simulation, compatibility and operability of the Standard Missile program in support of a Non-Recurring Effort (NRE) for a Foreign Military Sale (FMS). The aforementioned effort constitutes a firm requirement for FY03. Firms interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Raytheon Missile Systems directly. The authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). "Only one or limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
