- Description
- Work includes supplying all labor, materials, and equipment necessary and required to remove approximately 115 linear feet of existing wood retaining wall, excavate approximately 5,500 square feet of existing sloped site, and construct a 5,500 square foot pre-engineered wood framed, gable roof storage building with standing seam steel roof panels and steel panel siding to match the existing storage buildings on the campus. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems Code is 236210. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000. The solicitation will issue on or about August 5, 2003, with the bid due on or about September 4, 2003.
