Description

NA Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase order: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as suplemented with additioal information included in this notice. This announceme nt constitutes the intentions of Europe Regional Contracting Cell to award a purchase order to Instromedix on a sole source basis and is the only solicitation that will be issued; proposals are not being requested. This Notice of Intent is not a request fo r competitive quotations. The solicitation number DADA19-03-T-0094 is provided for identification purpses only. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Information received will normally be considered so lely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a comopetitive procurement. Item 0001: King of Hearts Express Recorder #5218E (6 each); Item 0002: King of Hearts AF Express Recorder #LR080-01 (3 each); Item 0003: GEMS Lite Arrhythmia and TTM Pacing Software (1 each); Item 0004: Gems Lite Annual Maintenance - includes software upgrades (1 each).
