Description

NA Transit Case, dimensions: 27.78 inches long X 11.31 inches wide X 10.37 inches high, weight: 11.5 lbs, maximum weight 11.75 lbs. Base amount: 1,640 EA, Option amount: 1,410 EA per Dwg #214011002. FOB Destination, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA 18466. D elivery: 480 cases per month for base amount and minimum 350 per month for option amount. NAICS 326199, Size Standard 500 employees. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Anticipated issue is 28 JULY 2003. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. This solicitation shall be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102(d). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date at the Army Business Opportunity Page (ABOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/. At the ABOP, at NEW USERS, follow instructions to register. After obtaining a password(usually provided within 24 h ours), go to the ABOP and under ARMY SOLICITATIONS SELECT CECOM. View/download solicitation by choosing SEARCH, enter DAAB17-03-T-0300 and hit SEARCH again. It is incumbent that any interested sources periodically check the ABOP through to closing to ensur e they are aware of any amendments that may be issued. ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS/OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN HARD COPY FORM. Estimated issue/due dates are 28 JULY 2003/04 AUGUST 2003. Actual issue and due dates shall be as es tablished in the solicitation. Numbered Note 1 applies.
