- The US Army TACOM-ARDEC intends to award a sole source action to The City College of New York for technical services and specialized engineering support for Blast Overpressure testing under shock-tube and live-fire conditions of a unique Blast Overpressure (BOP) Gage. The period of performance for this action is 120 days. See Note 22.
