- NA Government seeks small businesses with the NAICS code of 488111. Contract will consist of one year with four - one year options. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, except as specified herein as Government furnished property, and services, including ATC maintenance, necessary to provide ATC service for Muir Army Airfield and the a irspace with the designated Muir Class D Surface Area. The contractor shall provide ATC service to aircraft arriving or departing Muir AAF, and provide additional services IAW FAA order 7110.65 page 2-1-1, para 2-1-1. The contractor shall provide, flight following service, traffic density permitting. Flight following will be conducted in the Northern Training Area (NTA), (for military rotary wing aircraft only), within established flight corridors, and at designated routes and altitudes, as directed by t he PAARNG Airspace Management Committee. This will be a firm fixed price contract based on lowest priced offer. The estimated RFP availability will not be before 10 calander days after this announcement publication. The projected proposal due date will b e no less than 30 calander days after issuance of the RFP. All requests for solicitation packages shall be in writing. Telephonic requests will not be honored.
