- NA The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to paint interior, replace lighting and ceiling at the Burlington Memorial US Army Reserve Center, 17879 Hwy 79 Box 220 Middletown Iowa. Estimated cost range is betw een $100,000 and $250,000; type of contract is Firm Fixed Price. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition, no contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Contract performance period is 90 calendar days after rec eipt of notice to proceed. Approximate issue date is 30 July 2003.
