- Description
- Notification of the government intent to issue a sole-source firm fixed price contract, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, to Cegelec GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, a foreign corporation registered to perform business throughout Europe, for the purchase and installation of Water Sensor system for the water removal and waste fuel disposal. This is in furtherance of the overall standardization program and ?turn-key? operation for the current Government owned Automatic Tank Gauge Systems (ATGS), installed throughout Europe, and as approved by NATO and certified by the German government for compliance with host nation environmental laws. Enhancements comprise an integrated data transfer compatible with the current installed ATGS for real time inventory management and compatibility with the Cegelec high speed telemetry proprietary protocols in the software and communication interface between the ATG?S and Data Collection Point.
