- Description
- Solicitation /Synopsis: This combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. The proposed contract listed is set aside for small business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 333515, and employee standard size of 500. The contractor shall provide a total of nine (9) Tool Kits: one (1) PMT Truck / Trailer Kit (180 line items), four (4) PMT/LER ECS Kits (54 line items each), and four (4) PMT Kit LSB (118 line items each). For a detailed list of kit contents/line items, email charles.crews@warren.af.mil (POC). All tools in this delivery *must* be brand name "Snap-On" (no substitutes or alternate brands). Quotations for this solicitation must include shipping costs (FOB destination). The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the blanks filled in as follows: Request for Quotation will be evaluated for price and compatibility with specifications. Quotes shall include pricing information to include material unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. No addenda apply. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items-applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR 52.212-5 clauses cited in the clause applicable to this acquisition are (b) 12, 16, 24, and (c) 2. The following clauses are also applicable to this acquisition: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report. Quotes will be received at 90 CONS/LGCB, 7505 Marne Loop, F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860 until 4:30 P.M. local time on 25 Jul 03.
