- Description
- The Acquisition Service Center, VISN 9 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR Part 6.302 to a firm by the name of Topcon America for IMAGEnet 2000 Telemedicine System. Topcon America will provide the IMAGEnet 2000 Telemedicine System with one year parts and labor, and an extended 3 year warranty on computer hardware. The Topcon IMAGEnet 2000 gives clear images and makes diagnosis faster and more reliable with the new TRC-NW6S/6SF and mosaic software, panoramic images of the retina including the peripheral area are available by using easy, semi automatic guidance of peripheral fixation. This will be an ASC, VISN 9 procurement, for the Memphis VA Medical Center. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties that believe they can meet these needs with an equal product must furnish at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses received will be reviewed however; a determination by the Government to complete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
