- Request For Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13. To install five (5) individual wells on scattered locations in Plumas County. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested contractors must submit a request in writing no later than August 5, 2003. Request For Quotations will be mailed to prospective contractors on August 6, 2003. This is NOT a sealed bid as governed by FAR Part 14. There will be no bid opening date. Quotations returned to this office will be evaluated using the criteria for small purchases in FAR Part 13. This RFQ is TOTALLY SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
