- Description
- The purpose of Amendment No. A001 to RFQ No. EMV-2003-RQ-0033 is to change the item descriptions and part numbers for Item Nos. 015, 016, 017, and 018 from "144 fibers bundled in groups of 6" to now read "144 fibers bundled in groups of 12". Change the part numbers referenced for the above four items from "144RW4-14101A20" to now read "144RW4-T4101A20." All other terms and conditions of the original RFQ remain unchanged.
