- Description
- Solicitation /Synopsis: This combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The proposed contract listed is set aside for small business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 335129, and employee standard size of 500. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall provide a total of four (4) laser light systems. Two (2) of the systems shall be Sidewinder Lasers and the other two (2) systems shall be Shellshock Lasers. The Sidewinder Lasers must conform to the following specifications: (a) dual <4.95mW Optically Stabilized (OST) green laser; (b) 20+ patterns; (c) sound active – master slave; (d) linkable via 3-pin XLR; (e) dual high speed X/Y GalvoScan set; (f) weight: approximately 13 pounds; (g) scan angle: <60 degrees X2; and (h) 110/220V AC @ 2A 50/60 Hz. The Shellshock lasers must conform to the following specifications: (a) <4.95mW Optically Stabilized (OST) DPSS green laser; (b) 10 base patterns, 5 text messages; (c) sound active – master slave (d) linkable via 3-pin XLR; (e) remote controlled (included); (f) single high speed X/Y GalvoScan set; (g) weight: approximately 18 pounds; (h) scan angle > 60 degrees; and (i) 110/220V AC @ 2A 50/60 Hz. It is particularly important that the equipment being solicited does not exceed the specified wattage listed in the specifications section (a). Quotations for this solicitation must include shipping costs (FOB destination). The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the blanks filled in as follows: Request for Quotation will be evaluated for price and compatibility with specifications. Quotes shall include pricing information to include material unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. No addenda apply. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items-applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR 52.212-5 clauses cited in the clause applicable to this acquisition are (b) 12, 16, 24, and (c) 2. The following clause is also applicable to this acquisition: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. Quotes will be received at 90 CONS/LGCB, 7505 Marne Loop, F.E.
