- A-76 Tentative Decision, Cost Comparison results for Clerical Support Services. The NRCS has completed a direct conversion with cost comparison study for RC&D Clerical Support services. As a result of this study, performance of the function shall remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contacting Tony Doxtater, Contracting Officer, 720-544-2826 or by email at tony.doxtater@co.usda.gov. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted to Tony Doxtater as well.
