Phase II Plans and Specifications will be issued on 28 April 2003 with Phase II Proposals being due 12 June 2003. ONLY those Offerors selected to proceed to Phase II will be allowed to submit Proposals for Phase II. Phase II Plans and Specifications will be posted on the website http://esol.navfac.navy.mil.
