- Description
- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), through the Program Support Center has a requirement for an a nine month simplified acquisition to prepare three background papers and convene an expert panel for one and a half days in early Spring of 2004 for approximately 50 participates on the topic of core competencies for practice in behavioral health care. Interested offerers may download a copy of the solicitation on or about July 7, 2003. No fax or e-mail copies will be available. This simplified acquisition is under full and open competition with no set-aside. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUN-2003).
