- Description
- Nonpersonal Services: Provide all labor, tools, and transportation necessary for the maintenance and repair of fitness equipment located in two buildings at McConnell AFB KS. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, 12 pieces of Body Master equipment; one Ultimate Bowflex; 19 pieces of Cybex equipment; four Fitness Cinema receivers; 25 Fitness Cinema transmitters; eight pieces of Hammer Strength equipment; seven Life Fitness recumbant Lifecycles; three Life Fitness upright bikes; two Life Fitness cross trainers; three Life Fitness treadmills; one Life Fitness Double Crossover; eight Life Fitness Lifecycles; two Precor cross trainers; two Precor treadmills, one Roman Chair; 16 Schwinn stationary bikes; 13 pieces of Stairmaster equipment, one Treadwall rotating climbing wall; one Trotter treadmill; six pieces of Universal equipment; one Versa Climber; one Windracer upright bike; approximately 440 weights ranging from 2.5 pounds to 45 pounds each; 25 barbells; one barbell rack; and five dumbbell racks. The base period of performance will be 1 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04 with two option years. The NAICS code for this service is 811310. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated issue date for the solicitation is 24 June 2003. It will be available only via the Fed Biz Ops website (www.eps.gov). No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted.
