- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR Vacuum Press. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purposes of this amendment is to change the following: (1) change the NAICS code from 333912 to 333295; (2)make the procurement brand name or equal; (3)change the deliver by date from TBD to 90 days after receipt of award (4) change the selection criteria from Best Value to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable; and (5) add additional requirements to the Specifications (see attached). The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on July 15, 2003. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on the World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
