- Description
- THE U.S. GOVERNMENT REQUIRES 40,000 BOMA OFFICE SQUARE FEET of space in Southeastern Connecticut for office use, laboratories, shops, storage and conference space on no more than three floors. The space must provide an unobstructed view of a significant (at least 2 nautical miles line of sight) area of open water, a roof platform for test equipment, ready access to pier facilities and must be located near an active commercial port and operational U.S. Coast Guard commands. Any offer of buildings to be built will be required to provide a 50 foot set back. Interested parties must submit a written expression of interest by August 1, 2003, to Ms. Jane Senk, Contracting Officer, General Services Administration, Suite 635, 450 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06103.
