- The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Octameron Associates, Alexandria, VA for College Edu-Online Resources For The Cyper-Savvy Student (ISBN 1-57509-092-9), quantity 5,000 each; Don't Miss Out: The Ambitious Students Guide to Financial Aid (ISBN 1-57509-087-2), quantity 10,000 each. Vendors believing they can provide such reference books may submit a written response within 15 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and information sufficient to enable the government to determine if a Request for Quotation (RFQ)will be issued. If an RFQ is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered note 22 applies with 15-day response time vice 45 days.
