- Presolicitation Notice 101813R030 posted 6/19/2003 is amended as follows. Due to the imminent possibility that this Agency's internet connectivity will temporarily lapse for an unknown period of time, this solicitation will not be issued electronically. Firms interested in this project must request a copy of the solicitation in writing to the address shown or fax a request to (503) 231-6259. Firms who have signed up to receive electronic version of the solicitation in response to the initial notice ARE NOT ASSURED receipt of the solicitation package, and must resubmit a written request. Plans and specifications will be included in the RFP package on CD-ROM. There is no fee for the solicitation but requests are limited to one package each.
