Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for Government furnished materials, to construct a four-wire fence (three strands of barbed wire with the bottom wire being smooth wire) and assemblies. There will be 5 schedules that may be awarded that equal approximately 19.95 miles (6,384 rods) of barbed wire fence. Work is located in Petroleum County, Montana. Contractor will have 80 days for the South Spur schedule, 40 days for the North Spur schedule, 40 days for the West Spur schedule, 30 days for the East Spur schedule and 20 days for the Southwest Spur schedule after Notice to Proceed is issued. Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Awards over $25,000 will require 100% payment protection in the form of Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond within 15 days after notice of award. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will be available on August 1, 2003, on our web site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. No hard copies will be sent.
