- The BIA, OIEP, Taos Day School, Taos, New Mexico has a requirement to provide clinical psychological services during the period of August 14, 2003 through June 4, 2004, with four (4)option year periods. Clinical Psychological services will be provided as required by recommendations identified in the diagnostic reports. Services will be provided 2.5 days per week for twelve (12) students during the course of 38 weeks. The contractor will provide a certified psychologist, supplies, materials, equipment and testing materials to perform the work. Requests for the solicitation, which will be released on or about July 23, 2003 may be faxed to (505) 248-6941 or emailed to dgutierrez@bia.edu. No telephone requests will be accepted. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and, as a Request for Quotes in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
