- NA Amendment P0005 reflects corrections to the RFP, Section C, F, H, J and L and it incorporates the revised Sample Tasks SOWs. The amendment also announces the final date for submittal of any questions pertaining to this RFP, which is July 24, 2003. Answ ers to questions submitted in response to the Final RFP and the Radford On-Site, Amendment P0005, Revised Sample Tasks 1 and 2, and the Notional DD Form 254 have been posted to the DCC-W web site. The additional technical documents are also being posted o n the DCC-W web site.
