- NSN: 6150-01-428-4493PR P/N: 1820M61G01 Noun: Cable Assembly Item Description: The W-1 Cable is an extended length of cable with 7 branches of cable extending out from main length of cable. The cable has aluminum connectors attached to the ends. The function of the cable is to supply electric power to engine accessories. Dimensions are as follows: 71.25-72.25 main length of cable. Branch H-149.5-150.5 (pt A-H), Branch G116.0-117.0 (pt A-G), Branch J-27.5-28.5 (pt J-R), Branch L-109.75-110.75 (pt T-L), Branch Y-103.5-104.5 (pt V-Y), Branch E-57.0-58.0 (pt T-E), Branch D-70.5-71.5 (pt V-D). The material consists of electric wiring aluminum connectors, silicone tape shrink tubing, A23B5A3 & A23C5A2 Tape, AMS2473 Finish, B50TF-3 CL-A Solder and Nickel Plated Wire. Applicable to: F110-100 Engine Destination: FB2039 Delivery: May 2004 Best Estimated Qty: 70 Quantity can change before time of award, therefore, ranges will be solicited. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do not apply. Qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 4 August 2003. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 3 September 2003. The anticipated award date will be 10 October 2003.
