- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, transportation and incidentals necessary to repair/upgrade one (1) Sciaky Resistance Spot Welder at Tinker AFB, OK. This is a SOLE SOURCE requirement to: Weld Computer Corporation, 105 Jordan Road, Troy, New York. See numbered note 22.
