- Description
- This is Modification Number 2 to the ISAT Broad Agency Announcement on 8 Jul 03. Paragraph 4C, first sentence, is revised to read: 4C. The Government intends to use employees from non-Governmental sources including FFRDCs (JPL), Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)and MITRE to assist as technical experts, and in administering the evaluation of the proposals. The remaining paragraph is not changed as a result of this modification.
