- DyCorp Technical Services A CSC Company is asking offerors to provide an offer on projects that have no promise of funding. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or DynCorp Technical Services should funding not be provided. The project would include furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair Base water valves in strict accordance with all plans and specifications. Unfunded Invitation to Bid packages will be available for download on or about 4 August 2003 at our Web page http://ifb.dyncorp.com . NAICS 238220, Small Business Set Aside Size $12M. Magnitude $250K - $500K. Pre-Bid will be held 19 August 2003, 9:00 a.m. Bldg 244 Dock 4, Vance AFB, Enid, OK.
