- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-03-Q0350 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 113110 (for coding purposes only) and the small business size standard is $6.0 million for this acquisition. This action will be pursued as a small business set-aside. This procurement consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to sell timber from Dare County Bombing Range in accordance with the specifications. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the FedBizOpps website, www.fedbizopps.gov (Paper copies will not be released). It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Interested parties must submit any questions in writing via email (preferred method) to: alphonson.neal@seymourjohnson.af.mil or by the U.S. Postal Service. Quotations (Standard Form 1449, Offer Schedule, Representation & Certifications) are due to the 4th Contracting Squadron, 1695 Wright Brothers Avenue, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC 27531-2459, by 7 Aug 03, 3 p.m. local time. No Facsimiles Accepted. To be eligible for award, Offeror must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR).
