- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY ? The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with AmFAR, , 120 Wall Street, 13th Floor, New York, NY 10005. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase reports and audiotaped sessions from the Fifteenth National HIV/AIDS Update Conference. These includes 1) The current HIV/AIDS research in the social-behavior, medical, and political sciences, and to encourage participants to share successful techniques for raising standards in the HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and care provision; 2) the commitment of HIV/AIDS service and health care providers, educators, advocates and people living with HIV/AIDS who confront the epidemic on a daily basis; and 3) how to craft a shared language that professionals can use to design effective and accessible HIV/AIDS prevention, awareness, treatment, and care programs. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. The period of performance for this project is 4 months. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
