- Description
- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Health and Human Serviced (DHHS), has a requirement for "Analytical Support Services-Psychiatric Hospital Federal Monitoring and Oversight." CMS is seeking a contractor that shall be responsible for providing expert mental health consultants to survey psychiatric hospitals; the day-to-day analytical/logistical support of scheduling surveys of psychiatric hospitals; compiling data from these surveys; and then analyzing the data over time to identify trends in survey performance; provider performance, etc. The contractor shall also be responsible for developing position papers identifying to CMS areas where surveyor/provider performance can be improved. It is CMS's intent to award a 5-year incrementally funded Small Business Set Aside contract under NAICS Code 541618 in fiscal year 2003, on a negotiated competitive basis. The solicitation will be available on or about August 1, 2003. The closing date for receipt of offers will be addressed therein. Interested parties shall obtain a copy of the solicitation by accessing the following webpage: www.fedbizopps.gov. This process will be completed in an electronic media only through this fedbizopps publication. Interested parties will need to register in order to be notified of the RFP release and the release of any subsequent amendments.
