- DESCRIPTION: THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. The NAICS code is 561110 with a size standard of 6M. The National Institute of Standards and Technology has a requirement for administrative support services for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Coordinator of the Federal Laboratory Consortium. The regional coordinator will require support in the following areas: outreach activities, networking, publicity, conference and meetings, electronic commerce, partnering, financial management, special projects and administrative support. Details will be provided in the solicitation. The period of performance will be for a base year and one (1) option year. FAR Part 13.5 "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items" will apply to this requirement. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about July 30, 2003 at www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation, all amendments and any questions and answers to the solicitation will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS and are totally the responsibility of the Offeror. No mailing lists will be kept and no hard copy of the RFQ will be available. All small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Numbered note 1.
