- PR No: LTC03197013242 for NSN: 2840-00-684-1114 under Part Number 709237, Revision ?A?. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 316 each. Solicitation SP0480-03-R-4537 will include a term of a base year plus four option years. This is a Critical Application Item. This procurement will be issue as Unrestricted ultizing Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 5%. There are two approved sources of supply: United Technologies Corp. Pratt & Whitney Aircraft (Cage 77445) and E.I. Dupont De Nemours Co., Inc.(Cage 31708). First Article Testing (FAT) is required and the delivery schedule with FAT is 391 Days After Receipt of Order(DARO). Delivery without FAT is 181 DARO for Stock. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
